1. UNIT 1: 48' X 12' Trailer Unit or Similar with 10 total stalls to include 2 ADA compliant stalls. The trailer unit is to be divided in half to include men's and women's. Unit must include: 1.1. Women's Restroom Side: 5 stalls total - 1 stall required to be ADA compliant. 1.2. Men's Restroom Side: 5 stalls total: To include 2 urinals with 3 doored stalls total - 1 doored stall required to be ADA compliant. 1.3. HVAC for cooling and heating. 1.4. Multiple sinks 1.5. The ability to connect to a sewage tank or city sewage and water. 1.6. ADA/IBC switchback ramp - Switchback ramp required for ADA compliance and public safety in high traffic area. 1.7. Switchback ramp required oversteps for public safety to reduce the probability of accidents upon entering the portable toilet trailers. 2. UNIT 2: 28' X 8' Trailer Unit or Similar with three (3) total individual rooms, 2 ADA and 1 unisex. Each stall will be a separate room with sink. Unit must: 2.1. Be ADA compliant for men and women (The units will provide extra services when primary unit is being cleaned). 2.2. Have HVAC for cooling and heating 2.3. Have sinks in each room. 2.4. Ability to connect to a sewage tank or city sewage and water. 2.5. Include ADA/IBC switchback ramp - Switchback ramp required for ADA compliance and public safety in high traffic area. 2.6. Include Switchback ramp required instead of steps for public safety to reduce the probability of accidents upon entering the portable toilet trailers. 3.
