Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE OF SERVICESThe City of Redlands is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, on a rental basis, holiday decorations for the following:• Provide and install the following for 65, 8’ light poles along E. State Street, Orange St and 5th St. (refer to attached map for specific blocks)o 1765 ln ft of 14” Pre-lit LED forest green garland o 18”x24” UV resistant nylon red bows with gold trim• Provide and install lit garland on a pergola structure located within Ed Hales park• Provide and install three 60”pre-lit wreaths on pergola structure within Ed Hales park • provide and set up a 38’ Christmas tree to be synced with a custom light show with music (to be installed at Ed Hales park)• provide and install a 6’ lit tree topperThe tree will need to be programmed with a custom light show to music; each song approximately 3 minutes in length, 3 songs total. Light show will need to be controlled by commercial grade LOR controllers allowing the tree to be synchronized to music. The lights on the tree will chase up and down from top to bottom, all red lights on or all green lights on at one time. Lights on the garland and start will need to be controlled independently. All sections of the tree will need to be controlled independently; the light show to be computer controlled and able to be turned on with a specific schedule. 3 outdoor rated loud speakers will need to be installed in the tree with a commercial grade crown power amp to drive the speakers. A technician will need to be onsite during testing and lighting ceremony to ensure workability.
