Flooring work will include removal of existing materials and installation of durable, easy-to-maintain flooring designed for high-traffic areas. Electrical upgrades will enhance the existing system to support advanced communication technologies, workstations, and operational equipment, including the installation of energy-efficient lighting. Kitchen renovations require removal and replacement of existing cabinetry with modern, durable units, alongside evaluation and proposed upgrades to countertops, sinks, and fixtures. The small restroom renovation will include new finishes such as flooring, wall tiles, plumbing fixtures, and paint. Ceiling replacement will involve demolition of the existing ceiling, raising the ceiling height, and installation of a new fire-rated T-bar ceiling system. The contractor will provide all necessary mobilization, permits, submittals, site maintenance, and final cleanup, delivering all required closeout documentation and warranties as specified.
