This is a RENEWAL for RSO, and the awarded bidder must seamlessly renew the service from 5/31/2025 to 5/30/2026 for Year 1. The Veeam Data Cloud is a premium subscription-based backup service designed for all Microsoft 365 licensed users within the Sheriff’s Office, ensuring the security and integrity of essential data. In addition, we seek comprehensive proposals that detail pricing for a five-year term, with the flexibility to renew in convenient 12-month increments. Please be advised that the County will not pre-pay for the entire five-year term upfront; instead, a new purchase order will be issued each fiscal year to facilitate seamless renewals.
