The scope of this project involves the interior demolition and removal of existing classroom components to prepare designated spaces for the installation of modern, high-performance Esports Labs at the following school sites: Bud Carson Middle School, Hawthorne Middle School, Prairie Vista Middle, and Hawthorne Math & Science Academy. Work under this phase shall include, but is not limited to, the removal and proper disposal of interior finishes and fixtures such as built-in cabinetry, whiteboards, tack boards, sinks, and associated plumbing and electrical connections, as described in the subsequent sections. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable codes and environmental and safety regulations. The Contractor shall ensure all affected utilities are properly capped and made safe.
