Specifications include, but are not limited to: The magnitude of this work is in the range of $4,000,000.00. The bidder shall possess a valid California State Contractors License, Classification B, at the time the Bid is submitted. The Work includes the furnishing of labor, materials, equipment, and incidental items for the project Remodel Terminal 2 ACO & HPD Relocations. The work consists of, but not limited to the following: 1. Construct new Airfield Operations Duty Manager (AODM) Offices & parking spaces at Terminal 2 West (T2W) first floor. 2. Remodel former FIS area at Terminal 2 East (T2E) first floor, per the following: • Construct new Access Control Office (ACO) and Lost & Found Offices, including new SIDA Training Room and IT Rack Room • Provide new power and data to existing virtual Media Center space and adjacent storage room • Minor remodel of existing spaces for new Harbor Police Department (HPD) Operations Center • Construct new shell space for Transportation Security Agency (TSA) Breakroom 3. Renovate select interior areas to improve egress and resolve various serviceability issues at T2E second floor.
