Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work includes the furnishing of labor, materials, equipment, and incidental items for the project Remodel Terminal 2 ACO & HPD Relocations. The work consists of, but not limited to the following: 1. Construct new Airfield Operations Duty Manager (AODM) Offices & parking spaces at Terminal 2 West (T2W) first floor. 2. Remodel former FIS area at Terminal 2 East (T2E) first floor, per the following: • Construct new Access Control Office (ACO) and Lost & Found Offices, including new SIDA Training Room and IT Rack Room • Provide new power and data to existing virtual Media Center space and adjacent storage room • Minor remodel of existing spaces for new Harbor Police Department (HPD) Operations Center • Construct new shell space for Transportation Security Agency (TSA) Breakroom 3. Renovate select interior areas to improve egress and resolve various serviceability issues at T2E second floor.
