The Anaheim Housing Authority (“Housing Authority”) of the City of Anaheim (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Proposer”) to provide professional relocation advisory services in connection with the relocation of residents and/or businesses, as required under applicable federal, state, and local regulations (the “Services”). The Housing Authority currently oversees, and may in the future acquire, residential, commercial, and industrial properties that may necessitate the relocation of occupants or businesses. The Housing Authority seeks a highly responsive and qualified Proposer with extensive experience in all aspects of relocation services and the ability to provide comprehensive, day-to-day support. Such services include, but are not limited to, relocation planning and coordination; eligibility determinations; preparation of notices; advisory assistance to displaced households and businesses; needs assessments; replacement referrals; payment claims processing; documentation and recordkeeping; and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local relocation regulations.
