The project involves the substantial rehabilitation of a 12-Unit 9,312 square feet apartment building located at 252 E 4th Street, Pomona, CA 91766. The City-owned property will be undergoing major rehabilitation to create affordable housing. The 12 vacant units will require substantial rehabilitation including building exterior improvements. The scope of work will include upgrades or replacement to create fully functional, habitable units of electrical, plumbing, lighting, bathroom, kitchens, heating and air, interior finishes including new doors, flooring, ceiling, and paint, converting an existing bedroom into a laundry room. Exterior improvements may include paint, landscaping, ADA access improvements, installation of fencing, roof repair trash enclosures, and structural and/or seismic upgrades and removal or remediation of hazardous materials.
