Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of La Mesa (City) is soliciting qualification packets from companies experienced and qualified to rehabilitate, lease, maintain and operate city-owned property located at 5080 Memorial Drive (Property). The Property is a former golf course club house, within MacArthur Park in the City of La Mesa. The City’s goal is to act in the best interest of the public while exploring the economic viability of the Property. The City is seeking proposals that will involve rehabilitation and maintenance of the property as a food and beverage operation that ensures the City a sustainable revenue source to help offset the City’s operating costs related to the open space portion of MacArthur Park.
