1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) services as described herein: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, fees, tools and equipment necessary to collect, haul and disposal of refuse from Malibu Creek State Park, Tapia State park and Los Encinos State Historic Park. Contact respective State Park Representative for bin placements. Refer to exhibit A Attachment 2 for towable (rolling) bin specification. All 40 Cubic Yard dumpsters will be on call from the State Representative of Malibu Creek State Park or their designees. Contractor shall adhere to all Federal, State, County, City, and local laws, rules regulations, and ordinances at no additional expense to the Staten for the duration of the contract. Contractor shall comply with all applicable safety regulations and complete work to the satisfaction of the Department of Parks and Recreation. All work to be done to the satisfaction of the State Park Representative. The State does not guarantee minimum usage of service. 2. The services shall be performed at: Malibu Creek State Park, located at 1925 Las Virgenes Road, Calabasas, CA 91302 Malibu Creek State Park, Tapia State Park, located at 884 Las Virgenes Rd. Calabasas, CA 91302 Los Encinos State Historic Park, located at 16756 Moorpark Street, Encino, CA 91436 3. The services shall be provided during: Los Encinos State Historic Park: Once a week every Tuesday between 8:00AM and 4:00M, as indicated on Exhibit B Attachment 1, including State and Federal Holidays. Malibu Creek State Park and Malibu Creek State Park, Tapia: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM, as indicated in Exhibit B Attachment 1, including State and Federal Holidays.
