Services to be provided by the applicant selected from this RFP includes: a) Provide EWS a minimum of once a week to the ERF-4-L identified encampments b) Track the dates visited and amount of waste collected at each encampment (waste is typically tracked in tons) c) Engage with ERF-4-L encampment residents and serve as a touchpoint and entry way to community resources and services d) Support encampment residents with clean up and outreach prior to any scheduled encampment clean-ups or removals e) Dispose of encampment waste at the City’s Public Works Service Yard when trailers are full and at the end of each shift f) Supply a vehicle and trailer for EWS program (purchase of a vehicle and trailer is not an allowable expense under this RFP) g) Work closely with partner agencies (as identified by the Homeless Services Manager or designee) to ensure services are coordinated h) Submit invoices and all backup documentation on a monthly basis i) Report on the Performance Measures that will be outlined in the Agreement for Services on a monthly basis j) Coordinate with the City on EWS program implementation, ERF-4-L grant progress, and performance outcomes, including, but not limited to: i. Monthly check-ins with the Homeless Services Manager and other City staff or partners designated by the Homeless Services Manager for the purpose of coordinating, reporting and monitoring Contractor’s efforts to maximize impact; ii. Participation in the Redwood City Homeless Outreach and Service Provider’s group; and iii. Participation in other meetings as directed by the Homeless Services Manager
