MTA issues this Request for Proposal to solicit bids from professional website design firms for the redesign and re-launch of our existing website www.4mta.org, and to redesign MTAs printed public schedules for our fixed route bus services. MTAs web page and printed passenger guides are critical portals for introducing new riders to the system and for facilitating use by long-time riders. Combining the redesign of the web page and the passenger guides will ensure branding consistency, the look and feel of the designs. Although the preference is to utilize one contractor for both projects for the above reasons, MTA would consider bids by separate contractors if the background, experience, and qualifications warrant.
