This is a firm-fixed price request for quotation (RFQ) for recreational tables and fire rings for Crystal Lake and Coldbrook Campgrounds. This solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with FAR Overhaul Part 12.201-1, as supplemented with additional information. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-06.
This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 332999, All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees.
Period of Performance is 45 Days from date of award.

The Government will evaluate quotations based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria. Only the lowest priced offer will be evaluated for Technical Acceptability. Should the lowest priced offer not receive an acceptable technical or past performance rating, the process will continue in order of lowest priced offer until the lowest price, technically acceptable offer with acceptable past performance is identified.
