All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Phase 2 project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The overall project will encompass two phases. Phase 1 is under separate contract and will be complete as of November 2022. Phase 1 work includes, but is not limited to: Perimeter security fencing, staging area construction, temporary power, site structure demolition, demolition and removal of existing utilities, tree and stump removal, site clearing and grubbing, site improvements removal, installation of utilities for Phase 2 as specified, general site grading (for winterization), winterization of site, and demobilization. The Phase 2 Project consists of the construction of a 64,200 sq. ft. +- Recreation and Aquatics Center. The work shall include but not be limited to: staging area construction, perimeter security fencing, temporary BMP's, facility excavation, footings, foundations, vertical construction, aquatics infrastructure, M.E.P. including tie-in to utilities, building envelope, glazing, finishes, millwork, site improvements, landscape and hardscape, site stabilization, winterization and all associated work required for the completion of the project per the plans and specifications.
