The City of Milpitas (City) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a cloud-based Recreation Management Software Solution (Solution) to manage its recreation-related transactions, activities, and reporting, including, but not limited to, class registrations, memberships, facility and park rentals, and point-of-sale transactions. Solution Requirements A. The Solution shall be fully vendor hosted, cloud-based, and browser-agnostic, and must operate efficiently on currently supported browsers, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, and Google Chrome at a minimum. B. Solution must include the following: 1. Childcare Management 2. Customer Communication System- direct email, direct mail, text 3. Facility Reservations 4. League Scheduling 5. Memberships 6. Intuitive entry procedures that include class and session cloning functionality 7. Remote Activity Registration with Payment Processing 8. Online Activity Registration 9. Onsite Activity Registration 10. Payment Processing, including payment plans 11. Point of Sale
