a. The Contractor shall ensure that all requested services are mutually agreed upon between the Contractor and the Contract Manager (CM) or designee. The Contractor shall obtain written authorization from the CM or designee prior to performing any services. b. The Contractor shall register as a Contract Operator with the Wastewater Operator Certification Program for each facility where contract operators are provided within thirty (30) days of contract execution. c. The Contractor shall provide services within the time frames specified by the CM or designee. d. The Contractor shall provide a list of their prospective staff to the ICL or designee at least ten (10) working days prior to the service provider’s start date, to secure proper gate clearances for the Contractor’s staff. The CM or designee shall be notified of any additions or corrections to the Contractor’s list at least ten (10) working days prior to the service provider’s start date. e. If any one of the Contractor’s staff is unable to perform services due to illness, resignation, or factors beyond the Contractor’s control, the Contractor shall immediately submit qualifications of proposed substitute personnel to the CM or designee for approval. f. The Contractor shall provide to the CM or designee a copy of each prospective staff’s Grade 1, 2, 3, and 4 Wastewater Treatment Operator Certificate of Competence issued by the SWRCB. g. The Contractor shall notify the ICL or designee at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of any changes to scheduled services or change in personnel, to avoid disruption of services. h. The Contractor shall ensure that all required monitoring samples are taken and processed for analysis by the lab. The Contractor shall ensure that the chain of custody documentation has been filled out properly and accompanies the samples to be analyzed by the lab. The list of required samples and frequency shall be provided to the Contractor’s staff.
