This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Paint Gun and Parts Cleaning Equipment Rental and/or Maintenance and Repair Services. The Contractor will be compensated for services performed in accordance with the rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, materials, supplies, transportation (including travel, per diem, fuel, and mileage), tools, equipment, storage, setup/removal costs, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, shipping/freight charges, and every other item of expense necessary unless otherwise specified herein to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) participating locations listed on Exhibit E, List of Participating Locations. Travel time to and from the institution/facility will not be paid. Services shall begin when the Contractor arrives and checks in at the designated location. Any loss of time checking in and out of the institution/facility gates and sally ports shall be borne by the Contractor. The State assumes no responsibility for any work commenced by the Contractor and will not reimburse the Contractor for any work performed prior to approval and scheduling by the CDCR Contract Liaison or designee.
