The preparation, construction, and installation of a new parking lot; entryway monument at the corner of Jefferson Ave & Kalmia St; drainage improvements; lighting and electrical improvements; traffic signal control cabinet relocation (additive bid item); and landscape improvements. The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above-stated project. The City of Murrieta will provide the City seals for the monument, the Contractor will install. A third party will furnish and install the two 5’ x 10’ video boards shown on the monument plans. Contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements and materials quantities.
