This project will repair and or replace non-working Lighting Controls, Fixtures, fixture heads and wiring throughout the campus buildings and grounds. Control devices must match the campus standard for seamless integration into the existing energy management system. Title 24 compliant BlueRidge BacNet lighting panels, with communication devices & relays to be integrated into the exisiting Vykon WorkPlace N4 Head in system is required. (ie. JACES and compliant high and low voltage wiring & devices) Fuse protection before all BlueRidge control relays and components are required. All new exterior light fixtures shall be installed to fail on during hardware and software failures. All exterior lighting fixtures and controls within this scope shall be added to the existing schedule points within the Vykon WorkPlace N4 safety and security lighting global points. All new fixtures are to be Light Emitting Diode (LED) type fixtures and are to be approved by Facilities Personnel via submittals prior to installation.
