Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide Re-Entry Success Center Services. The primary goal of this program is to reduce incarceration and recidivism for individuals in the criminal justice system by providing immediate access to treatment and supportive services for individuals who have been identified as having a mental health and/or substance use issue. This program will also assist in closing the gap between release from incarceration and engaging with re-entry support and behavioral health services. This program will expand community-based post-release services in Orange County, including intensive case management, housing, transportation, mental health and substance use services, linkage to community resources, and job-skills training.
