Specifications include, but are not limited to: Purchasing Maintenance Support for Video Surveillance System at San Bernardino Police Department’s facility Introduction: The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to provide a description of the services required to support the maintenance of the San Bernardino Police Department’s video surveillance system located at a police station on 710 North D Street. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing support services related to the maintenance of software (Genetec Security Center 5.8) and equipment. Scope of Work: The vendor will be responsible for providing the following services: 1. The vendor will specialize in maintaining video surveillance systems to law enforcement agencies. The vendor will provide a brief overview of their capabilities, expertise, and customer reviews. 2. The vendor will work closely with Police Department staff to identify the existing software and equipment and make recommendations for ongoing maintenance. Deliverables: The following deliverables will be provided by the vendor: 1. Provide a proposal for technical support for the software and hardware maintenance of the Police Department’s existing building video surveillance system that runs on Genetec Security Center (version 5.8). The term will be for one year and be renewable on an annual basis. 2. Provide a one-year warranty for all defects in materials and workmanship that is supplied by the maintenance provider. 3. Provide at least 8 hours per quarter of reactive maintenance during the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM weekdays, that includes an ability for the customer to call a support number for on demand maintenance requests. This does not include replacement of broken hardware (cameras, cabling, network, storage devices, servers etc.). 4. For routine maintenance, the repair time expectation should be within 7 days of reporting the problem. 5. Provide up to 8 hours per quarter of preventative maintenance. Any time that is not used during this period will be credited back to the customer
