Specifications include, but are not limited to: Design services may include, but not be limited to, professional engineering such as civil, hydraulic, traffic, geotechnical, landscape, surveys, mapping, and utilities, for the design and preparation of construction plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E) for design, median layout, construction details, water pollution control, grading, drainage, utilities, stage construction, traffic handling, pavement delineation, signage, landscape and irrigation, and structures. PS&E services shall include preparation and finalization of construction plans, specifications, and estimate, including all supporting studies and reports, as necessary to bid and construct the project.
