The work to be completed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be performed hereunder consist of: Removal and replacement of curb, gutter, sidewalk, and drive approaches; tree root removal; removal and replacement of ADA pedestrian curb ramps; cold planing; full pavement reconstruction/regrading; adjustment of water valve covers to grade; adjustment of sewer manholes and cleanouts to grade; road culvert drainage system; traffic signing, striping and stenciling; street lighting; landscape and irrigation; and street sweeping as required by the plans, Standard Specifications, and the Special Provisions.
