he University is seeking to hire a contractor to perform interior re-painting of condominium type apartments with owner provided paint work on an "as needed" basis that will be delivered by Unit Price Job Order (UPJO) and occurring on the Family Student Housing, called University Village (composed of West Village and East Village Apartments) in Albany. As described in more detail in the Bidding Documents, work under the UPJO shall be limited to the following: The list of job orders items for which pricing is asked of the qualified bidders, will involve both the complete and partial re-painting of interior townhouse type apartments that are unoccupied during apartment turnovers. Estimating 3-4 apartments per week during summer apartment turnover and continuing into the fall. All work will be performed in the University Village with owner provided paint.
