Contractor shall furnish supervision, labor (trained and certified), permits, materials, tools, and special equipment necessary to perform roofing inspection, removal, repair and installation services on an as-requested basis in city facilities included in this solicitation. The scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to inspection, removal, repair, and installation of various roofing systems, roofing accessories, shingle, slate, thermal plastic polyolefin (TPO), ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM), hot applied asphaltic built-up membranes, sheet metal and architectural metal roofing systems.
