The scope of work of this contract is for repairs at the following locations in Arroyo Grande: Current City Hall at 300 E. Branch Street - Remove debris from existing roof. Install pitch break metal between patio and comp shingles. Install foam closure as needed. City Council Chambers at 215 E. Branch Street - Remove the existing roof. Clean up and haul away all debris. Mechanically fasten ½ HDFR board for Class “A” fire rating. Mechanically fasten 60 mil TPO Membrane roof system over entire roof, heat. welding all seams. Install new drain. Install new coping metal. Elm Street Restroom at 1467 Ash Street - Remove existing comp. shingles (1 layer), clean up and haul away debris. Replace (20 ft.) of damaged facia. Replace (10) sheets of damaged plywood. Underlayment: Nail down 1 layer of Diamond Deck Synthetic paper. Install 1 ½ x 2 painted metal drip edge. Install new pipe flashing, paint to match shingles.
