This Invitation to Bid seeks a contractor to furnish a new vertical turbine RO feed pump at the Silicon Valley Advanced Water Purification Center. The pump will serve as a spare unit to the three existing RO feed pumps and must be an identical, like-in-kind replacement matching the design, performance, and materials of construction of the current equipment. The selected Contractor will be responsible for providing fabrication, testing and delivery of the pump, including mechanical connections to existing suction and discharge piping without modification to the facility. The work also requires submittals, shop testing, field commissioning, vibration and performance testing, and documentation to verify conformance with Valley Water specifications.
