The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of Riverside University Health System – Behavioral Health (RUHS-BH) is soliciting quotations for an event venue and services as detailed in this RFQ. RUHS-BH – Mental Health Service Act (MHSA) Pretension and Early Intervention (PEI) Administration is hosting an annual Dare to be Aware Conference. Dare To Be Aware is an engaging event designed for high school students, focusing on important mental health topics. Participants will learn effective strategies to reduce and manage stress while enjoying open discussions that aim to destigmatize mental health issues. It’s all about fostering awareness and having some fun along the way. The program invites proposals to meet the needs for the upcoming event. This includes, but is not limited to, venue location, setup (including stage, tables, chairs, and linens), breakout rooms, janitorial services, security, hosts/servers, catering (covering breakfast, lunch, dessert, and drinks), parking arrangements, and audio-visual support (including necessary equipment and technicians).
