This document defines the scope for the renovation of the men's and women's restrooms located within the Performing Arts Building. The project's goal is to modernize the facilities, improve aesthetics, and enhance functionality while aligning with the color and design palette of the recently renovated Performing Arts Theater (PAT) foyer. 1. Demolition ● Toilets & Partitions: Remove all existing toilets and partitions in both the men's and women's restrooms. ● Sinks: Remove all existing sinks in both restrooms. ● Flooring & Wall Tiles: Remove all existing floor and wall tiles down to the substrate. ● Lighting: Remove all existing light fixtures. ● Mirrors: Remove all existing Mirrors in both restrooms. 2. Fixtures & Plumbing ● Toilets: Install new toilets in both the men's and women's restrooms. ● Partitions: Install new partitions in both restrooms, compatible with the new toilet layout. ● Urinals (Men's Restroom Only): Reutilize and clean the existing urinals. ● Sinks: Install new sinks in both restrooms. ● Fixtures: Reutilize and reinstall all existing sink faucets and fixtures (including those for the men's urinals). ● Mirrors: Install new Mirrors in both restrooms. 3. Finishes & Aesthetics ● Wall Tiling: Install new wall tiles in both restrooms. The tile selection will match the existing color palette of the renovated PAT foyer. ● Flooring: Install new floor tiles in both restrooms, ensuring the color and style are consistent with the PAT foyer's aesthetic. ● CMU Wall Painting: Paint all CMU (concrete masonry unit) walls a solid white to match the color of the PAT foyer. ● General Painting: Paint all other remaining wall surfaces in both restrooms to match the established lobby color palette...
