provide supplemental support services in connection with capital bond programs identified by District school to repair, upgrade, and modernize the building infrastructure and construct new school facilities to improve the ability to deliver the instructional program. The District desires to engage one or more Proposers to provide a complete range of professional services as an extension of or supplemental support to District staff. Selected Proposers will provide assistance in the following areas: project management, project scheduling and budgeting, construction management, computer and information technology system services, and non-DSA construction inspection. Services will include, but are not limited to, program analysis, fiscal management, environmental planning and management, project and design coordination, Project Stabilization Agreement support, and other related services (the “Program”). The selected Proposers will not perform any construction as a general contractor or subcontractor and shall not be allowed to self-perform any trade work nor contract with affiliates to perform such work. The contracted scope of work shall be negotiated with the selected Proposers based on the services offered and/or required by the District.
