1. On-Call Services i. The Contractor shall provide on-call services, as needed, to keep the printers fully operational. A technician shall arrive onsite within two hours of service request, unless both parties agree upon a different timeframe. ii. The Contractor shall provide on-call services 24 hours a day, seven days per week, excluding State holidays. A list of holidays which are observed by SCO may be found at the following link: https://www.calhr.ca.gov/employees/pages/state-holidays.aspx 2. The contractor shall replace parts if deemed necessary by the Contractor or service technician. Parts used for repair may be new, used or manufactured in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, free from damage or defects. Damaged or defective parts that are removed become the property of the Contractor upon inspection and written approval by SCO. The contractor shall include all labor and install replacement parts, except for damage due to the causes listed in Section B. Contractor Responsibilities, Item 6. The Contractor shall have the ability to procure the parts necessary to keep all machines operational. The Contractor shall use Canon parts, toner, developer, and inks.
