Interested firms should submit SOQs for one or more of the Categories of Services (#1-6 described below), according to instructions in the submittal section of this SOQ. Firms do not need to be able to provide all services to receive a contract. 1) Completion of studies, assessments and plans to support CEQA/NEPA processes and to be used in preparing Federal, State and Local agency permit applications, including but not limited to: • Wetland Delineations. • Biological Assessments for Special Status Species. • Natural Environmental Studies (NES) for NEPA/FHWA/Caltrans Local Assistance Program • Dewatering and Aquatic Species Relocation Plans. • Revegetation Enhancement Plans and Invasive Species Removal Plans. • Long-Term Maintenance and Monitoring Plans. • Beneficial Sediment Analysis and Reuse Plans. • Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, Avoidance and Minimization Measures and Best Management Practices. 2) Cultural resources assessments, reports, and monitoring, including but not limited to: • Historical documents and archival research. • Property inventories, evaluations, and construction monitoring. • Archaeological survey, testing, and data recovery. • Archaeological monitoring prior to and during construction. • Laboratory analyses and curation. • GIS mapping, predictive models, advanced spatial analyses. • Ground Penetrating Radar survey, analysis, and interpretation. • UAVs (Drone) photography and photogrammetric 3D modeling. • Significance assessments, and technical reporting
