Specifications include, but are not limited to: The ST-5102 Central Avenue Bike Lane project will construct new Class II Bike Lanes on both sides of Central Avenue starting near the U.S. 101 interchange and continuing northwest to the Camarillo City Limits (approximately 1,800 feet). The proposed project will connect a critical gap on Central Avenue from the existing unincorporated County bike lanes that end at the City limits to the Springville Bike Path currently under design.; The consultant shall perform all required environmental research and analysis necessary for the project in accordance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) if federal funding is received. The consultant shall perform all environmental coordination and obtain permit from applicable resource agencies. It is anticipated that the project will require a Mitigated Negative Declaration in accordance with CEQA and a Categorical Exclusion in accordance with NEPA. The consultant will need to have experience with dewatering, environmental permitting, mitigation, and preparation of CEQA documents, specifically a Mitigated Negative Declaration. The consultant will be responsible for coordination and assistance with the design consultant and all applicable agencies that include meeting, scheduling, and cost estimating.
