Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Contractor shall provide the following coaching and mentoring to a County Executive. 2.1.1. Leadership and Staff Professional Development Coaching. 2.1.1.1. Design and provide coaching aimed at fostering the professional growth of the County Executive. 2.1.1.2. Create coaching materials tailored to address the unique needs and objectives of the County and the County Executive. 2.1.2. Time Management Tools and Workload Prioritization. 2.1.2.1. Provide tools and strategies designed to optimize the use of time and prioritize workloads efficiently. 2.1.3. Organizational Management. 2.1.3.1. Provide tools and strategies in organizational management. 2.1.3.2. Provide coaching on structuring workflows, improving communication channels, and implementing best practices to enhance overall efficiency. 2.2. Contractor shall familiarize themselves with County policies, vision, core values including cultural competency and diversity and inclusion, to provide tailored coaching and mentoring to the County Executive.
