Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of San Rafael (City) hereby issues a Request for Proposals (Proposal) for a consultant or team of professionals (Consultant) to provide professional services to develop a Master Plan for the Terra Linda Park and Community Center (Terra Linda Community Park). The City is seeking a qualified Consultant with relevant experience and knowledge of landscape architecture, park planning, design, and construction administration, and in particular has strong experience in community engagement and the creation of a park master plan. This plan will build upon the work completed in the 2022 Citywide Parks & Recreation Master Plan process and will provide a vision for future development and improvements to the Terra Linda Community Park. The project includes gathering of information and data, assessment of recreational needs, working with stakeholders and community groups, public outreach, preparing a variety of concepts, providing cost estimates, presenting at Park and Recreation Commission and City Council meetings, and other tasks as noted in the Scope of Services.
