Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The proposal shall include all required hardware, software, licensing, and subscriptions needed to operate all doors and external systems as listed in Attachment “A” with 750 credentials. 2. The proposal shall include all required software, hardware, licenses, subscriptions needed to replace a single door system that may fail through normal acceptable use. (i.e. one spare on shelf). 3. The successful candidate will provide professional services to rack/stack or turn up, and provide initial Physical Access Control System configuration, including setup of SAML/SCIM configurations, delegated authority, guest access, reporting, times-based access, and role/group membership-based access. 4. The successful candidate will provide professional services to configure all controllers. 5. The successful candidate will provide professional services to physically install, connect, wire, and troubleshoot twenty (20) controllers of the City’s choosing. 6. The successful candidate will provide professional services to train City staff to physically install, connect, wire, and troubleshoot five (5) controllers of the City’s choosing. 7. The successful candidate will provide remaining balance of controllers to City staff. 8. The successful candidate will provide a professionally staffed one (1) day training course on the Access Control solution for five (5) City of Merced staff. This training can be vouchers/credits for a training or held on-site or virtually at the City of Merced. 9. The successful candidate will export all credentials from existing ICPAM and import into new access control solution. This includes mapping credentials to SAML IdP identities. 10. The successful candidate will design and build access control policies in the new access control system that closely mirror the policies that are establish in the existing ICPAM system.
