• Review the Citrus Heights Police Departments (CHPD) Organized Retail Theft (ORT) Grant, Project Work Plan, and reporting requirements. • Participate in required BSCC ORT Grant meetings, webinars, or other activities in support of the grant evaluation. • Meet with CHPD Grant team (in person or remote) to prepare pertinent data metrics to include in the below required reports: Local Evaluation Plan – The Contractor shall be responsible for the development and implementation of the LEP, including data collection and assessment to monitor and determine the effectiveness in accordance with the grant terms. The LEP provides the structured framework for systematically collecting relevant data, tracking key metrics, and assessing the project’s impact in reducing ORT, vehicle, and vehicle accessory theft incidents and recovering stolen merchandise. The LEP will be an accurate and comprehensive collection of data related to the grant and an evaluation of the project’s effectiveness. Local Evaluation Report (LER) – The Contractor shall be responsible for the completion of all required components of the Final LER, including identifying whether or not the project successfully achieved its goals.
