Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Consultant shall work with WRD staff to schedule, coordinate, and deliver virtual classes, in-person classes, and outdoor workshops for the following program elements: a) Eco Gardener classes: residential water efficient landscaping classes b) Eco Pro classes: professional trainings that offer continuing education credits (CEUs) for public works employees or landscaping companies c) Eco Kids classes: age appropriate content for middle and high school students 2. Virtual classes shall be provided by the consultant using the Zoom platform. a) Consultants will generate class registration URL and manage the registration list. b) Virtual classes shall have two consulting staff in attendance: one to instruct the class and one to facilitate the class using the chat and Q&A functions c) Virtual class attendance sheets shall be reported to WRD staff within two business days following the class. 3. In the course of conducting the workshops, consultant shall also provide the following services: a) Provide in advance, an electronic copy of the slide deck scheduled to be presented; b) Provide presentation equipment for each class (laptop, projector); c) Provide brief outdoor instruction or demonstration activity for all in-person classes; d) Provide confirmation of attendance numbers to WRD; e) Provide qualified instructors that meet requirements listed under the Minimum Qualifications; f) Distribute, collect, and submit to WRD evaluation forms for each class.
