Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposals are solicited from qualified consulting organizations to provide an experienced team of DEIA consultants who have a proven track record in facilitating culture transformation at community colleges. We are seeking specific expertise in developing and implementing BIPOC faculty retention programs through strategic DEIA training and coaching provided to Deans, Department Chairs and faculty mentors to support BIPOC faculty. Interested consulting firms should have the capacity to train and/or coach approximately 30 new contract faculty, 15 deans/directors and 20 department chairs with availability beginning October 2023 through June 2025. Multiple vendors may be selected based on the expertise needed to provide training, coaching and mentoring services.
