Specifications include, but are not limited to: POLB is seeking a Fireboat Fueling Firm who shall provide all labor, prep work, materials, supplies, parts, tools, and equipment required to perform and complete the required work. All services performed shall be at the request of the Manager of Marine or appointed designee.The Port’s Maintenance Division is responsible for maintaining and supporting the 24/7 operational needs of six fire and vessel boats, which includes providing diesel fuel, oil and fuel additives as needed to prevent algae build up. The Port at any time has the right to acquire additional/lessen vessels for these services.POLB anticipates entering into an agreement with one firm, but reserves the right to award to multiple firms for services. The selected firm(s) will be required to provide services identified in “Attachment A”. The scope of services may be revised during the selection and/or negotiation process.
