Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Cudahy is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide design engineering services for the Lugo Park Soccer Field Renovation project. Constructed in 2016, Lugo Park Soccer Field has served as a popular recreational destination for our community, especially for soccer enthusiasts. However, recent observations by our maintenance staff have revealed unevenness and signs of wear on the soccer field. To address these issues and ensure the continued safety and enjoyment of the facility, the City is seeking a qualified design engineering consultant to design the necessary renovation and repairs. The primary objective of this project is to comprehensively assess the current condition of Lugo Park Soccer Field, develop a detailed repair and improvement plan, and provide engineering oversight during the repair and renovation process. The selected engineering firm will play a critical role in restoring the field to its optimal playing condition, taking into account safety, functionality, and aesthetic considerations.
