Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Fuquay-Varina’s Public Utilities Department is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ’s) to provide engineering design services for a gravity sewer line that will extend from Brighton Forest WWTP to the Middle Creek pump station. Additionally, the existing Brighton Forest WWTP shall be decommissioned after the gravity line is placed into service. The project scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to the following primary tasks: • Project management • Planning and design phase services • Easement acquisition services • Topographic survey and SUE • Geotechnical investigation • Permitting services • Bid and award phase services • Construction administration and observation phase services
