Specifications include, but are not limited to: a.The Contractor will be required to perform routine and emergency snow removal, snowplowing,and road maintenance services within the area assigned. Typical minimum snow accumulationfor activation of snowplowing will be two (2) to three (3) inches of snow.b. The Contractor shall have the required equipment for snow removal as listed in Attachment E insufficient condition, number, and size, along with sufficient experienced and appropriatelylicensed personnel to perform snowplowing operations to maintain appropriate snow levels andas directed, In some cases, equipment may need to be parked and available within specific Districts, during anticipated snow season. This equipment shall be used primarily for District andCounty roads and will receive priority snow removal services over any other contracts.c. Contractor must be capable of responding to snow removal locations within two (2) hours of requisite snow accumulation (2-3 inches as specified above). This includes the transportation, chaining-up and set up of snow removal equipment. This would also apply to nights, weekendsand holidays
