The City of Commerce (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to provide on-call plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation services for City-owned facilities. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the following services on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to: • Troubleshooting and repair of leaks, clogs, and broken fixtures • Installation or replacement of water heaters, faucets, toilets, urinals, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures • Repair or replacement of water supply and drainage lines • Maintenance and repair of backflow prevention devices • Emergency response to flooding, sewer backups, or burst pipes • Preventive maintenance and inspections of plumbing systems • Sewer line jetting, snaking, and video inspections • Installation and maintenance of drinking fountains and water filtration systems
