Specifications include, but are not limited to: Updates to the County Infectious Disease Emergency Response (IDER) Plan. Sonoma County has faced considerable, significant infectious disease events throughout the last two decades, highlighted by H1N1, national Ebola concerns, the Zika Virus, and COVID-19. Some of these responses have required large-scale emergency coordination and response from the Department of Health Services (DHS) and the County as a whole. Sonoma County Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking a contractor to update the Infectious Disease Emergency Response Plan, to be used during infectious disease events reported within the county. DHS is committed to tracking meaningful outcomes and working with the successful proposer to ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently. The primary outcome of interest from this RFP will be an updated IDER Plan developed and distributed to partners.
