Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide an hourly rate schedule on the attached quote sheet for Security Officer(s),including an overtime/holiday/emergency rate. The contracted security company shallprovide all labor, equipment, vehicle(s), bike (s), golf cart (s), guard tour managementsystem and supplies for the assigned Security Officers for their performance of securityservices to the City. The costs for said labor; equipment, golf carts, bicycles, vehicles,guard tour management system and supplies shall be included in the hourly feescharged for the various services performed by the Company.b. All guards assigned by the contractor to perform work for the City of Lynwood shallhave a minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a security officer or other type ofprotective service, must be capable and trained to handle any and all incidents in alegal and professional manner. Any guard assigned must have undergone a thoroughcriminal background check which reveals no criminal history. All assigned guards mustbe able to communicate effectively in both written and oral in English, posses a validCalifornia Driver’s License, have successfully completed the educational requirementsand successfully passed the examinations required by the State of CaliforniaDepartment of Consumer Affairs Bureau of Security & Investigative Services andpossess a current California ‘Guard Card”.
