Specifications include, but are not limited to: KernBHRS seeks a provider for a Forensic Supportive Services Team (FSST) program. TheFSST program will augment existing mental health and substance use treatment by offeringspecialized forensic services for individuals with high criminogenic need, served by existing MHand SUD teams. The goals of the FSST Program are to maintain treatment engagement,reduce criminal recidivism and psychiatric hospitalization. The FSS Team will collaborate withtheclient’sprimarytreatmentteam,andwillfocusoninterventions and counseling to addresskey criminogenic needs and risks, such as antisocial behavior, criminal thinking, peerrelationships, employment, family/marital factors, and dual MH and SUD problems. Theprogram should utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including, but not limited to: aRisk-Needs Assessment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Individual Placement Support (IPS),and Seeking Safe
