1. Provision and delivery of HOP training, in-person and online, using digital and physical mechanisms, including slide decks, video, and paper manuals. 2. Tailoring of curriculum based on participants’ span of control, including an executive session for the leadership team, instruction for frontline supervisors, and train-thetrainer instruction for implementation of a long-term, sustainable HOP program. 3. Consultation and recommendations customized to LADWP’s unique workforce which engages in high-hazard utility work, including working with high voltage, heights, underground, in confined spaces, heavy duty equipment, construction, and land movement. 4. Consultation and recommendations relevant to LADWP’s public safety and contractor safety/multi-employer worksite considerations. 5. Review of relevant policies, programs, and procedures for opportunities to include HOP fundamentals as they relate to injury prevention, accident investigation, root cause analysis, and any resulting discipline. 6. Selecting and scheduling the course instructor(s) for the date and location of each training. 7. Tracking of attendance with course sign-in forms, attendance verification, certificates of completion, and course evaluations for participants. 8. Reporting of services provided, trends, and savings (ROI). 9. Desired integration with Cornerstone learning management software system.
