The City of Murrieta is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide RIGHT-OF-WAY (R/W) SERVICES TO ACHIEVE R/W CERTIFICATIONS IN SUPPORT FOR ALTERNATIVE 5. The City seeks a fully qualified and experienced firm (Consultant) to provide turnkey R/W consulting services and coordinate specified tasks related to the I-215 / Keller Road Interchange project (Caltrans EA 08-0Q220). This RFP solicits services for post-environmental R/W work including acquisition, appraisal, easement processing, and property owner negotiations. The selected consultant will work closely with City staff, the existing preliminary R/W consultant, Caltrans, utility providers, property owners, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful property acquisition and clearance for construction.
